URL structure and page hierarchy, which decides what can be optimised and how authority flows between pages
Services
Web design and digital marketing services
Two halves of the same job — the website, and everything that brings people to it.
Most agencies do one or the other. We do both, which means the site gets built to be found and the marketing gets built for the site you actually have.
What we do
What we do, and how it fits together
Digital marketing services are the work of getting a business found online and turning that attention into revenue. In practice that covers:
- Search engine optimization — earning visibility in organic search results
- AI search optimization — being cited in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews
- Paid advertising — buying visibility on search engines and social platforms
- Content marketing — producing material that attracts and informs buyers
- Social media marketing — building presence and audience on social platforms
- Conversion rate optimization — increasing the share of visitors who take action
Web design and development sits alongside these rather than underneath. It's the thing they all point at, and the decisions made during a build determine what any of them can achieve afterwards.
A full-service agency covers the marketing side. A web design agency covers the build. Very few cover both, which is the gap this page exists to close.
The reason we do both
Why websites and marketing belong together
The usual sequence goes like this. A business commissions a website from a design studio. Six months later it hires a marketing agency. That agency opens the site, finds the URL structure needs rebuilding, the page hierarchy makes no topical sense, and the tracking was never configured to answer the question anyone is now asking.
Now the business is paying a second supplier to undo the first supplier's decisions — and the design studio wasn't wrong, because nobody told them what the site would eventually need to do.
Four decisions get made during a website build that determine what marketing is possible afterwards:
How content is structured, which decides whether search engines and AI systems can extract it
Page speed and technical foundation, which is a ranking factor and a conversion factor at once
Tracking and measurement, which decides whether you'll ever know what worked
Every one is cheap to get right during a build and expensive to fix afterwards. When the same team handles both, they get made once, correctly, with the marketing already in mind.

Everything we do
Take one, take several, or take the lot — the point is that whatever you take is planned with the others in mind.
Websites
Web design and development
Custom websites built to load fast, be found, and turn visitors into enquiries. Structure and search considerations decided before design begins rather than retrofitted after launch. Includes rebuilds where the existing site is the bottleneck.
Typical work: discovery and sitemap · custom design · development · speed optimisation · schema and technical foundations · analytics setup · handover and documentationWeb design and developmentConversion rate optimization
Finding where visitors leave and why, so more of the traffic you already have turns into enquiries. Cheaper than buying more visitors, and it makes every other channel more efficient.
Typical work: conversion audit · heatmaps and session review · form and funnel analysis · test design · implementationConversion rate optimizationSearch visibility
Search engine optimization
Technical foundations, content structure, and the ongoing work that gets a site ranking for terms your buyers actually use. Covers local, technical, ecommerce and international search, plus audits and consulting.
Typical work: technical audit and fixes · keyword and intent mapping · on-page optimisation · content planning · internal linking · authority building · monthly reportingSEOAlso: Local SEO · Technical SEO · Ecommerce SEO · SEO audits · SEO consulting · International SEOAI search optimization
Search now includes ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. A growing share of searches end without a click, in an answer that either names your business or doesn't. Getting cited works differently from ranking, and needs different work.
Typical work: AI visibility baseline · entity and schema clarity · content restructured for passage-level extraction · third-party mention building · citation trackingAI search optimizationPaid advertising
Paid advertising
Campaigns built around what a lead is actually worth to you rather than around spending the budget, with tracking that tells you which spend produced which outcome. Across search, social, display and marketplaces.
Typical work: account audit · campaign structure · keyword and audience research · creative and copy · conversion tracking · ongoing optimisation and reportingPaid advertisingGoogle Ads
Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and remarketing. Usually the first paid channel worth testing, because intent is highest where people are actively searching.
Google AdsAlso: Shopping Ads · Performance Max · YouTube Ads · RemarketingMeta Ads
Facebook and Instagram. Audience-led rather than intent-led, which makes it strong for demand generation, retargeting and ecommerce.
Meta AdsLinkedIn Ads
Sponsored content, lead generation forms, message and document ads. Expensive per click and worth it when the deal size justifies it — which is why it's B2B territory.
LinkedIn AdsMicrosoft Ads
Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo, plus LinkedIn profile targeting. Lower volume than Google, often lower cost per click, and frequently overlooked.
Microsoft AdsAmazon Ads
Sponsored Products, Brands and Display for businesses selling on the marketplace. Pairs naturally with ecommerce SEO.
Amazon AdsContent and social
Content marketing
Content built from the questions your buyers ask before they're ready to buy, structured so both search engines and AI systems can use it. Not volume for its own sake.
Typical work: content strategy and topic clusters · briefs · writing and editing · optimisation of existing content · performance trackingContent marketingSocial media marketing
Organic presence that supports search and paid rather than running as a disconnected channel with its own vanity metrics.

How we decide what you need first
A list this long invites an obvious question: which of them do I actually need?
Usually a handful, in a specific order. Which ones depends on things nobody can tell from the outside — what your site can currently support, how quickly you need results, what a lead is worth to you, and where the money is currently leaking.
So we audit before we recommend. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis of what's actually broken and what fixing it is worth, and the recommendation follows from that rather than from what we'd prefer to sell.
Some rough patterns, though every situation differs:
- The site is slow, poorly structured, or dated — start with the website. Marketing spend on a broken foundation is more expensive, not more effective.
- The site is fine but nobody finds it — start with SEO and AI search visibility, using paid advertising to generate signal while organic builds.
- Traffic is healthy but enquiries aren't — start with conversion work. You already have what most businesses are paying to get.
- You need leads this quarter — paid advertising, with SEO started in parallel because it takes six to twelve months regardless of when you begin.
The compounding part
Why running them together costs less than running them apart
Services bought separately duplicate work. Each supplier runs its own keyword research, builds its own tracking, interprets the brand differently, and none can see what the others are learning.
Run together, the overlap becomes an advantage:
Paid advertising tells SEO what to target.
Ads produce conversion data in weeks that organic would take a year to reveal. The keywords that convert on paid are the ones worth chasing organically.
SEO content feeds AI search visibility.
The structure and entity clarity that helps you rank is a large part of what makes you citable.
Conversion work multiplies everything upstream.
A ten percent lift in conversion rate improves the return on every channel at once.
The website sets the ceiling on all of it.
Nothing performs better than the page it lands on.
This doesn't mean every engagement includes every service. It means the ones you do take are planned with the others in mind, so nothing gets built in a way that blocks something else later.
Pricing
How we price work
Three models, depending on what you need:
Fixed-price projects for websites, audits and one-off builds. Quoted after a scoping conversation. The number you agree is the number you pay.
Monthly retainers for SEO, paid advertising, content and social. Fixed monthly fee with defined deliverables. No percentage-of-ad-spend billing.
Combined engagements where we build the site and then run the marketing on it. Usually the most efficient route, because discovery happens once instead of twice.
What moves the number: scope, how much content needs writing, how competitive your market is, and how quickly you want to move. We quote after understanding the situation, never before. Quoting blind is how scope creep starts.

Who this is for
We work with businesses that want to understand what's being done and why, not just receive a report. No industry restriction — the work differs by market, but the method doesn't.
We're probably not the right fit if you're looking for the cheapest available quote, want guaranteed rankings, or need results from organic search inside thirty days.

Common questions
01What's included in digital marketing services?
+
Typically SEO, AI search optimization, paid advertising, content marketing, social media marketing and conversion rate optimization. We also build the websites those channels point at, which most digital marketing agencies don't.
02Do you build websites, or only market them?
+
Both. Web design and development is one of our two core disciplines, not an add-on. Plenty of engagements are a website build alone — and plenty are marketing on a site someone else built.
03Do I have to take all of them?
+
No. Most engagements involve a handful of services. The audit determines which, and in what order. Taking everything at once is rarely the right answer and we'd tell you so.
04Can you do just SEO, or just a website?
+
Yes. Single-service engagements are common. The advantage of having both available is that whichever you take is planned with the other in mind, so nothing gets built in a way that blocks something later.
05How much do digital marketing services cost?
+
Fixed price for projects, fixed monthly for retainers. Cost depends on scope, market competitiveness and how much content needs producing. We quote after a scoping conversation rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people.
06How long before I see results?
+
Paid advertising can produce leads within weeks. Website work runs weeks to a couple of months. SEO typically takes six to twelve months for meaningful movement, longer in competitive markets. Anyone promising fast organic results is describing something that doesn't happen.
07What's the difference between SEO and AI search optimization?
+
SEO earns you a position on a results page. AI search optimization earns you a mention inside an answer — in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews. They share foundations, but the work differs, particularly around entity clarity and third-party mentions.
08Do you work with businesses outside your country?
+
Yes. We're based in India and work with clients worldwide, with most of our focus on the United States. We reply to anything you send within 1–2 business days.
