Step one — a conversation.
Thirty minutes. What the business does, what's not working, what you've already tried, what a good outcome looks like. No presentation from us.

Most agencies describe their process in five vague words and leave you to find out the rest after signing. This page is the opposite — the actual sequence, what we do at each stage, what we need from you, and what happens if it isn't working.
Read it before you talk to us. If any of it doesn't suit how you want to work, better we both know now.
Why we publish this
Two reasons.
The first is that hiring an agency is mostly an act of faith. You're buying work you can't evaluate until months later, from people you've met twice. The only honest way to reduce that risk is to be specific about what happens before you commit to anything.
The second is that we're a new agency. We don't have a decade of case studies to point at. What we can do is show you exactly how we work and let you judge the thinking. If the method makes sense to you, that's a more reliable signal than a logo wall anyway.
Getting started
We don't quote before we understand the situation. Quoting blind is how scope creep starts, and it's why so many projects end badly.
Thirty minutes. What the business does, what's not working, what you've already tried, what a good outcome looks like. No presentation from us.
We look at technical health and speed, search visibility, whether AI search tools mention your business, and where visitors are dropping off. You get written findings and a view on what to fix first.
If there's a fit, you get a fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal. If there isn't, we'll say so and you keep the audit findings. That's not a formality — it happens.
The Foundation-First Method
The order is the point
The audit told us what's broken. This stage works out why, and in what order it should be fixed.
What you get: a written diagnosis, a prioritised list of what to fix, and the reasoning behind the order.
What we don't do: recommend a service before this is finished.
Fix the foundation before spending on traffic. Sending visitors or budget to a site that can't convert or can't be crawled properly just makes the problem more expensive.
Depending on the diagnosis, this stage covers some or all of:
What you get: a foundation that the next stage can actually work on, and tracking that will tell you the truth about what happens next.
Now the channels — pointed at a site that can convert what they send.
Which ones start first depends on how quickly you need results and how long each takes to work:
What you get: monthly reporting on what ran, what changed, and what it means.
This is the stage most engagements never reach, because most agencies are still fixing stage-two problems in month eight.
What you get: results that improve without proportionally more spend. That's the entire point of doing the earlier stages properly.
Mutual expectations
Projects don't usually slip because of the agency. They slip because of these:
One person who can approve. Design by committee doubles timelines.
Copy, images, logins, product information. This is the number one cause of delay on website projects, without exception.
Consolidated notes within a few days, rather than three rounds of contradictory comments over three weeks.
Tell us what you can spend. We'll tell you what's realistic. Discovering the number after a proposal wastes both our time.
Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, hosting. We can work around gaps, but not blind.
If you can't commit to these right now, that's genuinely fine — it just means it isn't the right moment to start.
No surprises
You talk to the person doing the work. Not an account manager relaying questions to a team you never meet.
Monthly reporting in plain language. What we did, what changed, what it means, what's next. Not a forty-page dashboard export nobody reads.
Live dashboard access. Your data, available whenever you want it, not only on reporting day.
A scheduled call each month, plus availability in between. We reply to anything you send within 1–2 business days.
The conversation nobody advertises
Sometimes it doesn't. A market is more competitive than the data suggested. A channel doesn't suit the business. The economics don't hold up.
Here's what we do rather than quietly continuing to invoice:
We tell you. As soon as the data is clear enough to be sure, not at the end of a contract term.
We diagnose it honestly. Whether it's something we can fix, something that needs more time, or something that genuinely isn't going to work for your business.
We recommend the change — even if it costs us. That might mean cutting a service, reducing scope, or telling you to spend the budget somewhere we don't operate.
We would rather lose a retainer than keep charging for work we no longer believe in. That's not a moral position, it's a practical one: a client who leaves well refers people, and a client who feels misled tells more of them.
No lock-in
You own everything. Domains, hosting, analytics, ad accounts, plugin licences, content — all in your name from day one. Not ours, not held hostage.
Website projects are yours on final payment. Full files, full access, no ongoing dependency on us.
Retainers run month to month after any initial term.
We hand over properly. Documentation, access transfer, and a conversation with whoever takes over. Without charging for it.
An agency that needs contractual lock-in to keep clients has a delivery problem, not a contract problem.
Before we start
Paid advertising can produce leads within weeks. Website work runs weeks to a couple of months depending on scope. SEO typically takes six to twelve months for meaningful movement, longer in competitive markets. Anyone promising fast organic results is describing something that doesn't happen.
No. Plenty of engagements are a website build alone, or SEO alone. The stages exist to make sure whatever you do take is built on something solid — not to bundle you into services you don't need.
The person you talk to. We don't run a model where senior people sell and junior people deliver.
Usually yes. A rebuild is only recommended when the diagnosis shows the current site is the actual bottleneck — and we'll show you why rather than assert it.
Then the diagnose stage is shorter, not skipped. We'll still check the assumption, because getting it wrong is expensive for both of us. If you're right, we say so and move on.
Yes. We're based in India and work with clients worldwide, with most of our focus on the United States. We reply to anything you send within 1–2 business days.
Fixed-price for projects, fixed monthly for retainers. We quote after the audit, never before. The number you agree is the number you pay.

Written findings on your site's technical health, search visibility, AI visibility, and conversion. No obligation, and yours to keep regardless of what happens next.
