Built to look good, never built to convert. The most common problem. A site that wins on visual polish but never guides anyone toward calling, quoting, or buying is an expensive brochure.
Web Design & Development
Web design and development agency building sites that turn visitors into inquiries
Custom websites on the platform that fits your business — designed to convert, built to load fast, and structured so search engines can actually read them.
What web design and development actually covers
Web design is how a site looks and how people move through it — layout, visual hierarchy, messaging, and the path from landing on a page to taking action. Web development is what makes it work — the code, the content management system, the integrations, and the performance underneath.
Most projects need both. A well-designed site built badly loads slowly and breaks. A well-built site designed badly gets traffic that doesn't convert.
A full build typically covers discovery and planning, information architecture, design, development, content structure, analytics setup, testing, and launch — followed by a support period while everything settles.
Why most business websites underperform
Template-based and indistinguishable. A theme with a logo swapped in looks like the hundred other businesses using the same theme. Buyers notice, even if they can't articulate why.
Slow, usually from bloat. Page builders, plugin stacks, and unoptimized images compound into load times that lose visitors before the page finishes rendering — and Core Web Vitals are a confirmed ranking factor.
No clear next step on any page. Visitors read, nod, and leave, because nothing tells them what to do.
Structure decided by a designer, not by anyone thinking about search. URL structure, page hierarchy, and heading logic get set during a build and are expensive to change afterward. Get them wrong and every later SEO effort works against the architecture rather than with it.
What we build
New website builds
Full builds from discovery through launch — structure, design, development, content setup, and analytics. Suited to businesses launching, rebranding, or replacing a site that no longer reflects what they do.
Website redesigns and rebuilds
Rebuilding an existing site without losing what it already has. That means preserving URL structure or mapping redirects properly, protecting existing rankings, and migrating content and data cleanly.
Redesigns carry a real risk new builds don't: a site with established search visibility can lose it in a rebuild if URLs change without correct redirects. We map that before touching anything.
Ecommerce builds
Online stores with product catalogs, cart and checkout flows, payment integration, and inventory setup — built on the platform that fits your catalog size and how you actually operate.
Product page structure, category architecture and schema get decided during the build, which is what determines whether the store can be optimized later. See ecommerce SEO for the ongoing side.
Landing pages and campaign sites
Standalone pages built for a specific campaign — matched to the ad that drives traffic to them, structured for one action, and tracked properly. Usually built alongside paid advertising rather than as isolated projects.
Platforms we build on
We build on the platform that fits the project, not the one we'd prefer to sell.
WordPress · Webflow · Wix · Squarespace
Shopify · WooCommerce · BigCommerce · Magento · Shift4Shop
Node.js · React.js · fully custom builds
How the choice gets made. WordPress suits businesses that want full control and a large plugin ecosystem. Shopify suits stores that want ecommerce infrastructure handled for them. Webflow suits design-led sites where visual control matters more than extensibility. Wix and Squarespace suit simpler sites with modest budgets. Magento and BigCommerce suit larger catalogs with more complex requirements. Custom development in Node.js or React makes sense when a project needs something no platform does well.
We'll recommend based on your catalog size, technical requirements, who maintains the site afterward, and your budget — and we'll tell you when a simpler platform would serve you better than an expensive one.
What's included in every build
Responsive design — built mobile-first, tested across screen sizes
Performance optimization — Core Web Vitals, image optimization, clean code
Search-ready structure — URL architecture, heading hierarchy, schema markup, XML sitemap
Analytics and tracking — Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking on forms and calls, Search Console setup
Lead capture — contact forms wired to your inbox, tracked as conversion events
CMS setup and training — so your team can update content without calling us
Full ownership — your domain, your hosting, your code, your accounts, in your name
That last point is worth stating plainly: everything we build is yours. Accounts in your name, code handed over, no proprietary platform lock-in. If you move to another agency, everything goes with you.
Built to convert, not just to launch
Conversion structure gets built in, not added afterward. That means one clear primary action per page, forms with the shortest viable field list, trust signals placed next to the decision rather than buried, and phone and email visible on every page.
It also means tracking working from day one, so you have conversion data from launch rather than from whenever someone finally sets it up.
This is conversion structure built into the site. Ongoing conversion work — testing variations, analyzing user behavior, improving conversion rates on a site that already has traffic — is a separate discipline covered on our conversion rate optimization page. Most sites need the foundation first and the testing later, once there's enough traffic for a test to mean anything.
How a project runs
Discovery and planning.
What the business needs, who the site is for, what action it should drive. Sitemap and structure agreed before design starts.
Design.
Homepage first, then the design system, then remaining page templates. You approve the direction before development begins.
Development.
Built on staging, reviewed page by page as it comes together.
Launch.
Technical checks, redirects in place for rebuilds, tracking verified, then live.
Support.
A post-launch period for fixes and adjustments while everything settles.
Timelines depend on scope — a focused marketing site moves considerably faster than a large ecommerce build. The single biggest variable is content readiness, not design or development: projects slip when copy and images aren't ready, more often than for any other reason.
Full detail on how engagements run is on our process page.
What it costs
Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the build — the number of pages and templates, whether we're writing content or working from what you supply, custom functionality like booking or payment systems, ecommerce catalog size, and the platform involved.
A focused marketing site is a different project from a multi-hundred-product store with custom checkout logic, and pricing reflects that rather than a fixed package.
We quote fixed price after a scoping conversation. The number you agree is the number you pay — no hourly billing, no scope surprises mid-project.
Hosting, domains, premium plugins and stock imagery are billed at cost or set up in your own name, so you own them outright.
Talk to us ↗Common questions
01How long does a website take to build?
+
Depends on scope. A focused marketing site is considerably faster than a large ecommerce build. We'll give you a realistic timeline during scoping, and we'd rather quote honestly than promise a date we'd miss. Content readiness is the biggest factor — projects that slip usually slip on copy, not on build.
02Do you build on WordPress or something custom?
+
Both, plus Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Shift4Shop, and custom development in Node.js and React. The right choice depends on your requirements, who maintains the site afterward, and your budget — not on which platform we'd prefer to sell.
03Do I own the site, the code and the domain?
+
Yes, all of it. Domain, hosting, code, analytics and any third-party accounts are in your name from the start. If you move to another agency, everything transfers with you — nothing is held on our accounts or on a proprietary platform.
04Can you redesign our site without losing our rankings?
+
That's the main risk in any rebuild, and it's manageable with proper planning. We map every existing URL to its destination before launch, implement redirects correctly, and monitor indexing and rankings afterward. Most rebuilds that lose traffic lose it because that mapping was partial or done after going live rather than before.
05Do you write the copy or do we?
+
Either. We can write it, or work from what you supply. Many clients write their own using our structure and briefs, which costs less and often reads more authentically. It changes the timeline and the quote, so we'll agree it during scoping.
06What happens after launch?
+
A support period for fixes and adjustments while the site settles. After that, you can maintain it yourself — you own everything and we'll have trained your team on the CMS — or we can handle updates, backups and security on an ongoing basis.
07Do you handle hosting and maintenance?
+
We can set up and manage hosting, or work with your existing provider. Either way, accounts are in your name. Ongoing maintenance is optional, not a condition of the build.
08Do you work with businesses outside your country?
+
Yes. We're based in India and work with clients worldwide, with most of our focus on the United States. We reply to anything you send within 1–2 business days.
