SEO agency built around what actually moves rankings

Technical SEO, on-page and off-page work, local, ecommerce and international SEO, audits and consulting — run as one connected discipline rather than a checklist.

Most SEO fails quietly, on sites where the foundation was never fixed. We check that first.

What SEO services actually include

SEO — search engine optimization — is the work of earning visibility in organic search results without paying for placement. An SEO agency handles that on a business's behalf: auditing the site, fixing what's blocking it, building content and authority, and reporting on what changed.

In practice it covers several distinct areas working together — the technical health of a site, how individual pages are structured, the authority the domain has built elsewhere on the web, and increasingly, how visible a business is inside AI-generated answers as well as traditional results.

SEO consulting is a narrower version of the same work — advisory rather than hands-on delivery, usually for a business that has its own team but wants outside judgement on strategy and priority.

Why most SEO doesn't work

Most SEO work is applied to a site that was never built to support it. Content gets written, links get built, keywords get targeted — and none of it moves, because the page underneath is slow, the URL structure fights the site's own topic clusters, or the pages being optimised aren't the ones a search engine can actually crawl and understand.

That's not a content problem or a link-building problem. It's a foundation problem, and no amount of activity on top fixes it.

It's why we audit technical health before recommending anything else, and why SEO here follows the same sequence we use everywhere: diagnose what's actually broken, fix the foundation, then build visibility on top of something that can hold it. See our process.

What we do

Eight areas. Some are ongoing disciplines, some are one-time engagements, and all of them get planned together rather than sold as separate line items.

01

Technical SEO

The foundation everything else depends on: whether a search engine can crawl the site, understand its structure, and load it fast enough to matter. Covers Core Web Vitals, crawl and indexation issues, site architecture, schema markup, redirects and canonical tags.

Typical work: crawl audit · Core Web Vitals fixes · schema implementation · site structure review · redirect and canonicalisation cleanup · migration support
02

On-page SEO

The work done directly on each page — titles, headings, internal linking, content structure, and making sure a page is unambiguously about the term it's meant to rank for. This isn't a separate service; it's built into every page we touch, whether the engagement is technical work, content, or a full campaign.

Typical work: title and meta optimisation · heading structure · internal linking · content and keyword alignment · image and media optimisation
03

Off-page SEO and authority

Everything that happens away from the site itself — the links, mentions and citations that tell a search engine your domain is trusted. Slower than on-page work and harder to fake convincingly, which is exactly why it matters.

Typical work: digital PR and outreach · directory and citation building · competitor backlink analysis · disavow and cleanup where needed
04

Local SEO

Visibility in local search results and the map pack — Google Business Profile, local citations, and the signals that determine whether a business shows up when someone searches nearby. Relevant for any business with a physical service area, regardless of size.

Typical work: Google Business Profile setup and optimisation · citation building and cleanup · local landing pages · review strategy · local link building
05

Ecommerce SEO

SEO for stores rather than brochure sites — category and product page structure, faceted navigation, duplicate content from filters and variants, and product schema. The technical problems are different from a standard site, and so are the fixes.

Typical work: category and product page optimisation · faceted navigation and duplicate content fixes · product schema · site speed for large catalogues · platform-specific work on Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento
06

International SEO

For businesses targeting more than one country or language. The core question is how to signal to search engines which version of a page belongs to which market, without the versions competing against each other.

Typical work: hreflang implementation · market and subfolder strategy · localised content planning · duplicate-content prevention across regions
07

SEO audits

A structured, written assessment of what's working, what isn't, and what to fix first — technical health, content gaps, competitive position, and link profile. Standalone or as the opening stage of an ongoing engagement.

Typical work: technical crawl and Core Web Vitals review · content and keyword gap analysis · competitor comparison · backlink profile review · prioritised action plan

This is a deeper, paid version of what's covered in our free website audit — that one is the starting point; this is the full diagnostic.

08

SEO consulting

Advisory work for businesses with their own team or existing agency who want an outside, technically grounded second opinion — on strategy, on priority, or on a specific decision like a migration or a redesign. This is also where enterprise-scale SEO work sits, for organisations with the internal resources to execute but not the specialist judgement to direct it.

Typical work: strategy review · technical second opinion · migration and redesign guidance · team training and process review

How long SEO actually takes

Technical fixes can show up in weeks — a Core Web Vitals improvement or a fixed indexation issue can move quickly once implemented. Content and authority work is slower: meaningful movement in six to twelve months is typical, longer in competitive markets or for a young domain with no existing authority.

Compounding depth

Anyone promising first-page rankings in thirty days is either describing paid placement, a term with no competition, or something that won't hold once a search engine notices the pattern.

What speeds it up: a technically sound site to start from, a realistic keyword target, and consistency over months rather than a single push.

How SEO fits with everything else

Paid advertising can validate which keywords actually convert months before organic rankings would reveal it — data that shapes what SEO chases first. The structural and content work that earns rankings is also a large part of what earns citations in AI search results, so the two are built together rather than as separate projects. And SEO can only perform as well as the site it's running on, which is why web design and development decisions get made with SEO in mind from the start, not fixed afterwards.

SEO is one part of a wider set of digital marketing and web design services we run together for exactly this reason — none of them perform at their best in isolation.

How we price SEO

Monthly retainers for ongoing SEO work — technical, on-page, content and authority combined into one fixed monthly fee with defined deliverables. No percentage-of-spend billing, because there's no ad spend to take a percentage of.

Fixed-price audits for a standalone technical or full-site assessment, quoted after a short scoping call.

Consulting billed by engagement or by the hour, depending on scope.

What moves the number: how competitive your market is, how large the site is, and whether the foundation needs fixing before the ongoing work starts.

Who this is for

Businesses that want durable, organic visibility and are prepared to invest in it over months rather than weeks. No industry restriction and no minimum site size — the technical work scales down as easily as it scales up.

Not a fit if you need results inside thirty days, or if you're looking for guaranteed positions. Nobody credible can offer either.

Common questions

01

What's the difference between an SEO agency and an SEO consultant?

+

An SEO agency delivers the work — audits, fixes, content, ongoing execution. An SEO consultant advises, usually for a business that has its own team and wants outside judgement rather than hands-on delivery. We do both, depending on what a business already has in place.

02

Do you guarantee rankings?

+

No, and any agency that does is either describing paid placement or overstating what's controllable. Search engines don't sell ranking positions, and nobody outside them can promise a specific outcome. What we can commit to is the work, the reasoning behind it, and honest reporting on what's moving and what isn't.

03

What's the difference between SEO and AI search optimization?

+

SEO earns a position on a traditional results page. AI search optimization earns a mention inside an AI-generated answer — in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews. The foundations overlap, but AI search optimization depends more heavily on entity clarity and third-party mentions than on rankings alone. See AI search optimization.

04

Do you work with businesses outside your country?

+

Yes. We're based in India and work with clients worldwide, with most of our focus on the United States. We reply to anything you send within 1–2 business days.
